eBay balance spending

Hi guys, can you spend the balance on eBay, when you have completed sold items, without adding a bank account? I believe somebody said you can upto a certain value of items.

I do not think so, I know for sure egay asks for additional verification if enabling spending funds from sales.

Yes, you can use your eBay balance to buy things on eBay without adding a bank account, up to the amount of money you have in your balance from selling items.
