Address left in feedback?
I keep a list of sellers I track, for various purposes. One in particular always responds to negative feedbacks regardless of the reason by acknowledging the person by their first & last name, then shares their complete address, along with a response to the issue.
Isn't that "technically" against policy? I'm sure he will never have a problem, but I find it funny. And that people continue to buy from him.
He even includes the phone number, every time! It's only when he gets a negative review.
Here is the most recent example,
"Hello xxxx xxxxxx, Your order was shipped to xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx. Unfortunately, USPS confirmed that the package was lost due to an address issue. Because of this, we went ahead and refunded you immediately. If there are any other concerns, please let us know and we’ll do our best to resolve them. Thank you for your understanding."
