Targeting US and EU markets, from ofshore ebay account ?

My operations will ammount to no more than 10k USD of net revenue. Main markets are the EU and the USA.

Which option would you pick in this situation and why:

1. Offshore (non-EU, non-US) warmed up account
2. US fresh account

I would say for the US it would be better to have a domestic (US) account, but I suppose it could be done with either option...

I don't suppose there are extra ebay taxes when seller is non-US based selling in the US market vs. seller is US based selling on the same US market ?

Is there a guide on how to withdraw funds from a stealth account (US business account, Payoneer) to myself (Romania) ?

Seems this is a trade secret. I shall put it another way: If I were to buy an ebay account linked to Payoneer, is there even a way to withdraw anything I make there ?

Not really a trade secret - there isn't really a guide specifically for Payoneer, it's more like trial and success, repeat, etc.

First question - you have worked with Payoneer before? Any experience with operating those financial accounts?

Are you saying withdrawals from Payoneer to wherever else, they are hit and miss ?

No experience with anything stealth, no experience with Payoneer. Only Paypal, Wise and Stripe (all to my real name).
