(made in September) brand new account, sold legit 7 items. all my info is legit too. suddenly received an email this morning with MC999 suspension. 4 of the items are still in transit...
whats the best way to get it reinstated? i heard calling them till you get a nice person that'll reinstate the account, is it true?

Did you ever get your account back? I called in about an MC999 for a brand new account and they lifted the ban in minutes. And this worked all 3 times so far. So maybe you could call in and talk to them and they could lift it. Good luck bro I hope you get your account back.

My 1 week old acct got mc999 after first listing, they unbanned me after calling. However, same setting, after few days posting the first listing again, mc999 again too, called again, suspended forever

MC999s are non-fixable.
Move on and create a new account.
A dozen new accounts in fact, having in mind we are in Q4 and eBay are gifting out christmas presents left and right.
