I have some ray-ban shades and Big Nate Comic book. I also have a timex watch. that I want to list

Those will be prime targets especially on a new account. I think ebay's algorithm is more sensitive this time of year, but you can improve your chances of success hy listing some less risky items first. Name brand and highly counterfeited items are not worth the trouble at the start imo.

well I listed the ray-bans anyways. and as soon as my charger for this asus laptop that I bought from some guy in the hood arrives. I'll list it too. I'll let you know what happens. thank you all for the advice

Here we go If it were me, I'd take advice from seasoned users, they know the pitfalls and traps you are about to step into. It's not so much whether or they are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ - it's the type of products. Ebay is especially sensitive this time of year and you will more easily get suspended if not careful.

If you are listing multipe quantities,Ebay could ask to see your invoice and call your supplier.
If you are selling toys which have not left the factory,Ebay would want to see invoice.
If you are listing assorted expensive items like Leica camera,latest Iphone,Rolex,18k gold chains etc,they would like to know
