Default Buying as new customer

There is a web site where I buy digital product to sell (legal stuff nothing dodgy). If I buy as a new customer I get like 20 percent off but if as returning customer I don’t get that discount.

I have bought as new customer with my all available debit cards, But now I have run out of debit card, I even reported debit card damaged and got new one yet I can’t use as the web site still picks it as old card for somehow.

I have contacted the web site sales team, they are not offering any discount as returning customer.

I know I can open new bank account and get new debit card,

Are there any other way which I am missing.

Must be rather expensive purchases if you are willing to go through physical cards to get the 20%

Tried revolut and wise, you can only use once, even if you try 2nd debit card from revolut/wise the payment does not go through.

For somehow the bank bin or some security thing logged when you use it first time, and after even if you replace the card or even use a new card issued by same bank/company payment does not go through.

Try MyFin or iCard. I believe they are available for the UK.

I don't get it, why would you be successful the first time and not on a second card?

As stated above, it’s a kind of security on web site, when you buy first time as new customer they log your bank bin or some kind of security details and through that they recognise you as returning customer even if you use same bank s 2nd debit card.

So even if u change all like name/email/phone/ new debit card from same bank it still catch you as returning customer.

The only way you come as new customer, when you use a debit card from different provide.

Sounds more like some kind of fingerprinting rather than the card details themselves: same browser, same IP address series, same email address provider, same version of OS etc

winge00, when you are using a different card and new account on the website, are you removing ALL related cookies?

Maybe it's some new technology then, they really don't want people to abuse the 20% discount lol, lucky Ebay aren't using it or else we are all fuc*ed.
