What do I need to make a uk ebay selling acc?

Hello, first of all, I recently heard that ebay uk removed all final value fees for personal seller accounts, can anyone confirm if that is true?
And if so are there any limitations?

Secondly, is it the case that ebay collects vat on all sales made from address outside the uk to sellers inside the uk, but doesnt collect vat from sellers in the uk to buyers in the uk?


If both of these scenarios are as I think they are, then I really got to get a uk account.
I am irish and most of my sales are to the uk still.


Can anyone tell me exactly what i need to open a uk account?


I am also considering buying one from this forum.
But I dont make that much in sales so not sure its worth it. (used to be 1k a month, now its like 300)

Also I am not doing any stealth right now. If i were to get this new account I would use a VPN and a new device to access it from, i assume that would be enough not to link it to my current account, which i assume i dont want, even though my current account isint and was never banned?

Yes, Private sellers in the UK have final value fees waved off. - BUT, the new pain in the ass is "Simple Delivery", which you can get around by playing around with your products category.

As for the VAT Im not quite sure, never cared really...

The other members have and can pitch in more on top of what I'll be saying,
but essentially it's important you go over the stealth guide and understand the basics on making accounts.
