When you bought a stealth account from Accounts seller.

You need to do few things.

1. As a real user surfing few days on eBay. search products and watch few day like 3-5 products.

2. After few days later update phone first. if you don't have phone then enable 2FA on eBay settings. and wait 48-72 hours.

3. Update info with real people and again wait 48-72.

4. When all set then list home used or home appliance products.

5. After index product then update Bank.

When you buy Stealth eBay accounts,

1. Forst you check Account Phone Active or not. If phone not active then you enable 2FA from settings on eBay. When you Enable 2FA then you an login without email or Phone code. otherwise eBay any time can asked you phone verification. Is not like that eBay always asked you eMail verification.

2. Don't be hurry to list product and start sell. If you got sell very first then stop it. and take rest few days then again start sell. Otherwise eBay will detect Unusuall activity and account will Restricted. so you need to work smartly on eBay.

3. If any buyer claim about product then don't burgening with buyer. offer him to percial refund if he agree then do it and solve the issue.

You don't really need any of this. You are overcomplcating things. The most important thing for eBay Stealth are your documents. Stick to the basics like having a real phone number and Residential IP and you should be fine generally speaking.

where do people get this idea like browse a few days,as if some human Ebay rep is watching you browse and said to himself,OH,this guy is browsing ,he must be OK.
Ebay is an online store not brick and mortar chains where they have someone in the backroom monitoring traffic in the store !
WMT and HD are good at that,HD would even alert the police after the shoplifter drove off with the stolen goods and WMT will take him/her to the backroom and manhandle him/her !

I am not against browsing. The idea is that anti fraud system will determine you to be a real human and not a bot. But I am not sure how much influence it has today on account creation. Supposedly generating cookies helps. I think it is probably a combination of a lot of other factors.
