When eBay sent you "We've been trying to reach you" how to solve it?
When you got "We've been trying to reach you" message from eBay and account teporary restricted then you need to follow below steps:
When you open eBay message there will be written:
Hello XXXXXX,
We're writing to let you know we still need to confirm some information. We still need you to provide some documentation to confirm your identity or banking details. Because we haven't received your documentation yet, we have restricted your use of the eBay platform.
And you will be bollow, there will be Blue color "Contunue" Button. Do not click the 'Continue' button below.
You will see above small later there will be writen confirm your identity it will be hyperlink.
Then you can submite photo id and utility bill only. if you some how click contune button its mean you agree to provide biometric verification then you should need viometric verificaiton you can't avoid it.
If you don't get confirm your identity with small later. confirm your identity will be hyperlink. Then you can go live chat and just write there Manage Account or Managing my Account then you will get few option there.

You can then upload your documents.
Your account will reactivate after review within 48-72 hours.
