PayPal UK New Accounts Asking Verify ID

Hi guys,

Does anyone know bypass around new rule seems like...new stealth accounts get hit with "verify your identify" soon as you create the account.

Tried different IPs/Devices, still same issue, gmails, outlooks etc

Can you just not give them what they want? Unless they are asking for video/selfie verification

How is using different IP/devices etc bypass 'verify your account'?
All new accounts these days require verifications/

Can you clarify what they are asking.
Are they asking for you to just upload an ID document?
Or are they asking you to take a selfie of your face alongside submitting the ID document?
If they want just an ID document that is easy enough to do.
