not east russia but russian far east , earthquakes there have little significance comparing to japan as it is barely populated

The area I'm in is a few decades overdue for a major earthquake. I've never felt one before. Must be weird.

The Japanese are used to earthquake,once I was in tokyo,the building shook,foreigners were upset but locals just go about as if nothing has happened
