violation policy, i got 4 flag. need to cool down?

I'm power seller (silver) + top rated seller.

I just got policy violation flag 2 month ago (1).

I got 3 flag yesterday. Total 4 flag. 3 unauthorized something + 1 mc198 selling restriction 7days.

I just saw about this. We gonna suspend if we got 5.

Do i have to cool down my account 90 days?

It is my main id. I'm so worry. I can wait 90days. I can't wait 1year

It only means within 90days 5 violation?

Ebay said it gonna removed after 1year.

What is right?

Yes, these violations take a year to be removed. You need to start selling something that will not get you flagged, or open a new account and start over on that one.

I always say you need a back up account.


Your best bet is to rotate accounts, and sell a little bit on a lot of accounts, instead of a lot on one account.

I would let this account cool off completely. After the first violation, you're on a list of people they watch.

Start over slowly with a new account.
