Default New "You have reached your trade limit, please pay." limitation...

I just got this message today. Never seen it before and could barely find anything on Google. But I did find a HongKong or Chinese seller that got the same message in 2008. Has anyone seen this?

Quote:
You have reached your trade limit, please pay.

You have reached your selling limit. Your trading limit is based on transaction history and reputation as a seller on eBay. Please keep in mind that your history of selling on eBay and past due balance will have inpact on trade limit as well.

To remove this restriction and list items again, please pay now.
The trick is ...after you pay, they still don't let you relist and the message still shows. At least 2 hours after paying. Maybe I need more FB ..but the message is still misleading, making you believe that after you pay the fees, they will let you list again.

Sometimes it can take up to 24hrs for Ebay to reactivate the account. Same as when the account gets put on hold due to non payment of seller fees. I just had a account go through that and it took about 24hrs before I could list again
