 HELP!! i have 5yrs old ebay account that was registered in asia. (currently in usa)
i have an old ebay account that was registered year 2005 as well as paypal in the PHILIPPINES. i just recently used this account to buy stuff on ebay last month with no problem at all. after almost 5 yrs.
my problem is i am currently here in the usa. i haven't verified that 5yrs old paypal account and i want to lift the limits to it. and be able to withdraw money. and also i want to start a SELLER ACCOUNT on ebay. i used c.c. here in the states to start with the seller account but it didn't work. i dont have bank account or debit cards that is from Philippines, if this is what causing me the problem!
Previous problems: i have suspended accounts on ebay that was registered here in the USA. so that's the reason why i wanna use my old account to start with.
i do not know how to do this.
