MC145 Suspension for Reimbursements Due - Can I pay by mail?

I received notice that an account had been suspended due to non-payment of reimbursement fees. I'm more than happy to pay the fees that are due, I need to do so by money order, sent by post mail. The only information contained in the email is to add a credit card to the account. I want to pay the fees due by mail, and close my account at the same time. I no longer wish to do business with eBay or PayPal.

Does anyone know if I can send in reimbursement payments by mail to the P.O. box address in Carol Stream, IL? The same address used to mail in payments for selling fees? Obviously, I'll reference the item number as well as the corresponding dispute case number along with the payment.

So if you are going to close the account and no longer do business with Ebay or Paypal why would you want to pay the fees? Is the account made with your real personal info?

Yes, everything was accurate on the account, and I want to pay what is due. I am not looking to circumvent the system whatsoever, I just want to have a zero balance with them and be done with it.
