ok i sold items on ebay, but i keep the item and the money... they being calling and calling ... what happens is like credit cards or what... would they send police or stop me if i go to canada or mexico...

On a More serious note Susan you should hook up with a Former member here called "421Club" He is a 35 year old Lawyer from California, which is Very close to Mexico and I am sure that he is Quite Versed in Mexican Law He may be able to help you

Why don't you just call eBay.

They are very forgiving about that kind of situation.

It's Easy !

Log into your account to find the toll free number . If you wait and want to call them from Mexico, the toll free number might not work.

and yes they will call the cops so you better hide from ebay or return the money!!
