Default Any way to "BYPASS / OVERPASS" Paypal Limits?

Is there anyway to bypass the $500.00 spending limits on Paypal. A friend of mine has a monthly limit to spend for $500 but he got the Paypal debit card so, when he uses his card I've seen he can spend more than $500 so do you think guys making purchases even with debit card or online without the card is possible to overpass the limits?

What do you think?

I have to believe that you have made a Mistaken about your friends account, In order to Qualify for a Paypal Debit card, your Paypal account has to be Verified with a Social Security Number, and if I am Correct a Verified paypal Account has a Higher than a $500.00 per month Limitation, talk to your friend I will bet he Verified the account with AT LEAST a Social Security Number.

Actually his account was verified but after one year he changed his home address, immediately after that his monthly sending limit got to $500, he already had the Paypal debit card so he was asked for Paypal to add a SSN to lift his monthly limits but he didn't do it, so his account is still with monthly limit of $500 but he has used his card to make purchases over $500 apparently without any problem...

The $500 limit is for withdawing money from the account.
With Paypal debit whatever your balance is in your account that is what you have to spend so if your balance is $1000 you can spend it with a Paypal debit card.

Ok I got it for the debit card but what about making purchases online? can I make a purchase and pay online for purchases over $500 ?

I say that because I have around 3 different stores with different Paypal accounts so for me It would be great if I make a purchase and pay to myselft in order to get my money off from that Paypal account where my limit is only $500 monthly.

I am Not so sure thats Accurate, I personaly have 4 PayPal debit cards, and for each one in order to get the Card, I had to provide a Social Security Number at some point Before I got the Card.

I have been offered a Paypal Debit card on MANY of my Stealth accounts but in order to get it I would have to give them a Social Security Number.

If what you say is Correct, then there would be NO Problems at all with Paypal limitations, and yet Paypal limitations are the #1 Paypal Problem on this forum.

Please Check your facts a Mistake MUST have been Made somewhere.

And if you are correct, and I am Wrong, let us know how it was done, that information would help EVERYBODY Here including me.

I just talked to my friend and I am 100% sure that you don't need a SSN to get the Paypal debit card. He opened his Paypal account as everybody around 2 years ago and after the first year he was offered to apply to get the debit card. He completed the process (NO SSN ASKED) and then he received his card in around one month. I am 100% sure Paypal didn't ask him for a SSN because he doesn't get one because he was born in other country but actually Paypal doesn't know that.

His limits got reduced to $500 monthly because he changed his home address then he was asked to add a new card to verify his new address but he never did it.

So his account is still open with $500 monthly limits but he can spend more than $500 using his Paypal debit card. We just spent around $600 two weeks ago and he got no problems.

Yes you do need a SSN to get the debit card. I believe it's been about 8 months since they started requiring it.

It all makes sense he has a PayPal Debit card from 2 years ago with no ssn. Here's the trick is once the PayPal debit card expires then they ask for ssn. Or even if he loses the card or report it lost or stolen then they need ssn for new card. Being 2 years ago I guess the card should be set to expire soon. Also if limits you discuss is correct as it only implies to bank withdraw not PayPal debit card.

Just like the PayPal plugin I have a few accounts that still have it and it still works. Meaning that if you have it you can keep using it but no new people can get it. Not alot of people know that I think they think that's it's shut down but it's only discontined for new accounts. I hope this helps GOOD LUCK!
