rsot is correct. the account is toast! and all data used to open it is toast. BUT the interesting thing is, you will be able to add a bank account without confirming the small deposits first (i have been able to, in every case). to facilitate getting your money out faster and parting ways. ah if only they were that easy the rest of the time!
can you use the paypal account again after the 180 days or not...?
If you got the parting of the ways notice and paypal decides to return whatever funds are held, then the transfer of said funds is the last activity of the account. paypal account, dead and gone
