kevin i need an ebay account. My problem is i have a paypal but my ebay i had long ago was suspended. I want to buy another ebay but this will be logged in from overseas. IS it ok to do this. I know with my old ebay i could login worldwide can i do that with ures.

You're not new to this. You have a different story nearly every post. Where is the paypal account and what was the notice? How did you make the account? What info did you use
