Default Paypal Topupcard

Ok I don't know if anyone has used this card before, but before my legit account got suspended it was extremely useful as I could withdraw my Paypal funds to card in roughly 24 hours. Problem is when I got suspended, obviously the card get's blocked.

As some may be aware the Royal Bank of Scotland was the card issuer. I just got an email through today saying that RBS will cease to be the issuer and now prepay solutions will be, from March 31st

Now that the card is no longer linked to a bank this could mean we may be able to register a card with foo foo details.

If so very good news

surely your old details will remain on this card no matter who owns the rights to it, i would imagine should you do this it will link your old account to new quicker than a speeding bullet

Hardly, considering they are associated with EdenRed & MasterCard. Real ID will still be needed. They may operate in a similar way to Entropay.

sasa, do you have a real address it can be sent to?

if so, I think it is useful but they might do checks on name and address and if they dont find you there may be issues, probably best for those running accounts in their real name and address.

My point was/is that the new company will have to conform to UK Banking regulations. If it's differs, then great. I'd not count on that happening
