hiii SSAI

Any multinational bank allow to have account in their foreign branch but you need good amount of money to deposit there.HSBC is once.City bank allows it as well.ICICI bank can be another option.
Apart form that wells fargo allows to open account in USA but they need lot of information from you to do so.
