I have had my ebay and paypal account since 2005 I use to sell at ebay but have not sold there in like maybe 4 years, I use my paypal account to buy online only. My account is a business account under a business name of course reason I use to sell at ebay like I say years ago. Last week I bought several items at ebay paid for them and then the next day got a email saying paypal has limited my account saying they thought someone else had been using my account and I needed to send them a photo ID which means my drivers license, a copy of my social security card and a copy of my utility bill and check all transactions to make sure I made them, I contacted them via their site and told them I made all the transaction no one had used my account but me if someone had I would of contacted them myself, I then sent them all the requested information by uploading the files to them, they then ask me 3 days later to resend them plus send a copy of my business license and change my business name to my legal name. Okay I live in the county not the city there is no business license I checked with my local city hall. Also I do not sell at all only buy online. This is very frustrating to me I have done nothing wrong had the account in good standing for years. I feel the statement that someone was trying to use my account was just a excuse because they had no other reason to limit my account. Needless to say some of the sellers refunded the money back to me once they were contacted by paypal so there is the funds sitting in the account froze now and I have sent them all the information they requested and explained I have no business license and dont sell anymore only to see that on my account it is still requesting more information be sent. What am I suppose to do keep sending it everyday several times a day till they get tired of it! This is ridiculous and after reading all these post here I see its not only happening to me but others.
I am wondering if the ebook I reading about on here eBay Stealth can help me but I have already sent all my information to them to proof my identity so I am sure I could not open another account in my name with the same information and I am not really understanding how that all works, is there really a way to get a new account with paypal? If I did not need the account to pay online as many sellers at ebay only accept paypal I would not even bother with worry about a account with them, but I love to shop and buy alot of items for me, the kids and my husband at ebay. So with this said and the book I have wrote I am welcoming any and all comments to help me.

Yes, the ebay Stealth Book, gives you STEP BY STEP instructions on how to create Legal accounts in different names. It is not complicated at all, even a middle school kid would understand it.
As far as pp goes, never send them your real information, because they just can't be trusted in my opinion, I too, have had many problems with them in the past, and no longer use my real name to do business with them.
If you just want to purchase items online, you should have just created a buyers pp account, they won't bother you then, like they would with a premier/business account.
