Question about withdrawal to bank account after 180 days
Question:
I had a Paypal account that had limited access in 2008, and there's a lot of bull**** required for them to release the limit, so there you go, I decided to ignore all the documentations needed. One of it was the Photo ID, and I was still a minor then, so obviously, even if I submitted that up, I'd have been busted straightaway.
Before I start, I'd like to mention that my Paypal account was unverified. I didn't add any debit card or credit card, nor any bank account to my Paypal account, but I was still able to use the account, because people sent money to me for my designing services. So, logically, while everybody's funding source was from their cards or bank account, mine was from the money that was sent to me by my customers. I never attempted to withdraw the money because I know I can't, so I just spent most of the money shopping online on sites that accepts Paypal. When my account got limited, I had about $175USD inside.
I almost forgotten about Paypal because it was so long ago, until I was clearing mails the other day and I saw that I was eligible for the withdrawal of funds since 180 days was up. So, I logged in and finaaaaaally added a bank account to withdraw the funds since I wasn't as involved into online-shopping anymore, but the account status is still 'unverified' at the moment, with an 'unconfirmed' bank account. They said they've sent the two deposits, but somehow, I haven't really seen it. *shrugs*. Am I still able to withdraw money to an 'uncomfired' bank account, assuming if the two deposits never came?
Or does my paypal account have to have 'verified' bank account before they allow me to do the withdrawal? Will the withdrawal fails if I attempted to withdraw the $ to an unconfirmed bank account? I created the Paypal with real information (e.g. the main ones like full name + address, except for the D.O.B, since I wasn't legal then.) The withdrawal says "Pending" at the moment so yeah. Everything else matches (Paypal account details to Bank Account details) though - my name, my address, etc etc. Hope you guys understands what I'm trying to get through, thanks for any heads-up!
