Default Having to many packages delivered from Hong Kong

I order many packages from Hong Kong. Not foo foo items, has i never deal with those, but was wondering if i have 3 or 4 parcels a week would that raise flags with customs.
I do spread the delivery to different addresses.
But if i pay the customs fee which i do.
Is thier any law that i need to know about if i am selling these items?

If it is not contraband then you have nothing to worry about.

Make sure that your suppliers provide accurate customs declarations. Sending too many items as 'gifts' or $10 value for a package worth $500-$1000 will raise flags. I personally can't seem to get that across to suppliers so I have to switch addresses when I get a seizure notice to let things cool off.

I'm from the uk and before xmas I was having 4 parcels a week. 10kg each. No problems at all. Just make sure they dont have those womens boots with the wool inside them. Customs seem to be able to find those like a needle in a haystack. Sure they scan packages now.

Thanks guys for your input.
I do not have any logos or trademark infrigement.
I also make sure i pay the customs duty half of it. Just was concerned about the numbers of packages i get each week. Now i can relax and order more. I do spread around the packages to different addresses.

I Do Not really Know about how the UK Works but I am Assuming that it is Very similar to the USA..

If that is the Case then because you are NOT Importing Counterfeit Products you have avoided 75% of all the Potential Risks associated with dealing with China.

At this Point you need to worry about the government finding out that you Re-sell those products,,in other words Taxes,,and Believe me Government Agencies DO Investigate this as Closely as counterfeits,,

It Just is Not as Popular a Subject,,Simply because if you do get caught,,an Amount of Money will Normally save you depending on the Specifics of your case. It is much better that going to Prison

At any Rate it IS Something that you should be Weary about,,,oh and Shipping things as "Gifts" or "Commercial Samples" will only work for 1 or 2 pieces of an Item Not 50,,

Do NOT Fall into a FALSE sense of comfort because you do this,,there are several Semi-effective methods that you can employ, but NOTHING is 100% "Safe"
