ebay removed my listings

Hi,

I was selling promo CDs on eBay and they got pulled down for "Breach of copyright" MC019.

I am wondering does anyone know a country where maybe I can list them? I was thinking Thailand etc?

Also I am in the UK. So would I be able to open a thai account to sell from here? I would be logging in from UK and using my UK paypal.

Any advice welcomed

BTW These CDs were bought by me, there not ⊗⊗⊗⊗ just regular promo CDs. Some of them are 8 years old :/

ok you can list on any country ebay site, as a Uk seller. Trying to look as though you are in Thailand is not recommended and quite hard as you need Thai IP and Thai cards.

Also I doubt you will get very much money for these CDs (unless they are collectors items) on any site, especially in Thailand! There should be no reason why you should not list these, it is very unfair, but it happens sometimes, some brand owners are very aggressive, they dont want their item sold in certain countries or dont want them sold AT ALL. You can fight this direct with brand owner, but I would not bother, as they usually come out with some kind of vague legal reason, in this case probably a promo is not for re-sale, and in the end it isnt worth going deeper in to it, unless you have alot riding on these goods.
