uk vcc and uk phone varification what company to use??

hi just finishing a few bits off to my first account, any ideas which companies are best to use for phone varification and vcc for the uk??

i herd soho66 for phone but not too sure for vcc.

any anwsers would be great

My preference for phone verification is soho66.
