Would making up a ficticious flat at my home fool ebay paypal

Hi All, does any none know if i added a flat to my home address would ebay paypal suss me out?
say i made 10 downing street in to flat 2 10 downing street or 10b downing street would it be ok for s stealth, also would i get away with my real name for ease with banking etc or could i just spell say my last name slightley wrong.......

i did this and it worked for me, i just used my address like 654 main st and put 654 main st trlr #1.
