new pp acct,debits not sent due to no funds in account

sup guys
as the title says the debits paypal make to a new bank account could not be made because i had no funds in the bank account,ive never come accross this before.is this normal practice?
also,how can i get pp to resend the debits once i have loaded the account,thanks in advance ppl

bank? no paypal makes deposits not debits, you should get something like 15p and 7p in there and you input them in to paypal. Maybe your bank isnt active because there was a minimum deposit you have to make to activate . I think you are mixing it up with the procedure for verifying cards, where £1 is taken from card.

anyway if you cant resend deposits instruction, email paypal and they will reset it for you and you can try again.

how new is your bank account? - you need to make sure you have some funds in your bank account, even if you put £1 a week in - it will show the bank the account is active, make sure you have at least £10 in your account if nothing else and then try ppal verification

^ This is correct, if your account is new, as soon as you transfer money into it the PayPal payments will then go through once you try again.

You can test this by opening a new bank account and trying to add it to PayPal, then add funds to the bank account and try Pypal again and it will work!
