Default will this work? - withdrawing money from limited account

Hi all,

My paypal is limited.

If i get my brother to purchase something off my ebay and pay via paypal, for say £20. If i have for example £50 in my paypal, could i refund him £70 (his original £20 and my £50), which will mean he can then send my money over to me or give it to me via cash.

Or can you only refund to a maximum of what they paid?

Thanks

No it cannot be done, Only up to the original price. Because they have frozen your sending ability...... Onnly can refund the buyer the exact price...or less

Once PayPal is limited they suspend all sending and receiving fund capabilities until issues are resolved and the PayPal account in question.

Heh - you want to refund more than the purchase price - funny yet so fraudulent. Naw, Pa yp al has thought of that and blocked it.

All the best.
