6 month established account went under review for 2nd time
Hi guys,
I have established a seller account for more than 6 months. The first review for new seller, as usual, was over. It happened at the end of last year.
After the first review, my account was going on successfully. I received more than 40 feedback in terms of less than 100 orders I processed, in which there is no negative ones. Moreover, I have no late shipment, no precanceled, and no return/refund either.
I did have an A-Z claim and a negative feedback indeed, but the buyers within these 2 orders withdrawn their feedback/claim afterward thanks to my honest customer service  . However later on, I received an email from Amazon said that they put my account under review since it has came to their attention that I might have had 2 defective orders. I replied to them and explained the situation. I also sent another inquiry about my account review, they responded that the review has not yet been completed.
Up to now the account has been under review for almost 3 weeks. my question is as long as my seller account is in an excellent standing, is there anything could possibly lead to a suspension? How long should I wait more from now for the 2nd review to finish? Should I email Amazon again to expedite the process? My capital amount is not big so I have to stop listing on Amazon since they are holding my funds and my turnover is halted. Is it ok to stop listing?
