If you want something physical, get a bank-backed gift credit card.

I in the middle of setting up my ghost account, ( great fun) in step 5 i make up my billing add etc, when i go to register pre paid card for the name and address i have made up how do i get the card delievered to me as its is a address i dont have access to, if i register the card to my address amazon will pick up on this, have i missed something.

Also how do you get a bank backed gift credit card.

All Visa and MasterCard cards are bank backed. Certain banks have been in the market for a while so avoid those.
