Default USPS First Class to U.S. Territories+?

I know that shipping with USPS Priority Flat boxes are the same cost for U.S. territories like Puerto Rico and others but what about First Class? Do they cost the same as if I was shipping the package to any of the lower 48 stats? I wasn't able to find the price list if they have different pricing or not.

When I go to the post office to drop off a prepaid First Class package the clerks usually want me to hand it to them so they can scan it. They put it up on their scale and it comes out the same amount of weight that I paid for. Here is the weird thing though: Lets say the item weighs 5.4 oz, they want me to make it 6 oz?? From what I know you don't round it up unless it was 5.6 oz right? This is really annoying and I don't know why they even create such a problem when the weight is perfectly accurate.

Postage is always rounded UP to the nearest ounce. So, the postal clerks are correct. This has always been the rule with the USPS.

Never hand it to them no matter what. just pop it in the drop off. I would and could say much more, but i've yet to be granted a free subscription yet i know more than the Stealth Book ever taught me years ago. So /shrug we'll keep it at that. I save $$$ everyday mailing, and have figured out all the shortcuts you need to know
