is tcf bank a good bank to deposit into?

i have a tcf checking account linked to my stealth paypal. i want to start winthdrawing the money into the bank but will tcf let it go threw?

They have locations at all Jewel&Oscos in my area, and well thats like everywhere pretty much

So If your stealth PP account is Michael Jackson and your TCF Bank account is on your real name, does TCF let you withdraw without a problem?
