Absolutely the best cards I have used are the walmart greendot cards. I use them every month and just load it up with cash when I get my email about fees being due. works every time.

Yeah but the walmart ones charge you $3 or $4 to load and almost $4 per month to use.

I also have used the Walmart greendot cards, I find they have the lowest fees among all the prepaid credit/debit cards. Other cards charge you 4.95-5.95 to activate the card. If you dont owe too much money with ebay, just buy a card with the same amount you owe ebay. That way you wont get charge a monthly fee.

It works for me, Last year some of the Walmart cashiers knew me by name with my monthly trip to buy credit/debit cards. When they ask what I do with those cards, I say, I send them to my family. I dont want to fill people's heads with ideas which equals more competition for me and less $$$$ in my pocket.
