2 accounts-have i messed up-mc019 i think i know why!

Hi Guys

A few questions in one topic- I recently listed a few item on febay, 2 buy it nows and 1 in auction format.

The buy in nows were hit with a "MC019 copyright breach" 2 days later and taken down. The auction one is still running...

After looking at the listing i think i know why the item was pulled... i used the company name with the small "R" like a stupid *&%$ eg ****®


i have found this out by typing the email address provided to me through feebay in to google and doing some research and they have stated about the use of their logos etc..

Now, i have 2ebay accounts to one paypal so i have listed the item again on my 2nd ebay acount but have taken my own picture and also the description is my own without the copyright sign. The problem is I know that both accounts are seen as 2 separate account from feebays side but i havent been using 2 user accounts to separate the 2 and have been loggin in using the same ip address...:>

Is this a problem? should i have made another user acount for the 2nd one even though feebay knows im the same person due to all the details being the same except the email address?

The 1st account i still have the auction listing running which ends in 1 day.. what would be your thoughts on listing the item again after the auctions ends but changing the pics and the description?

Or just stick to account 2 for while?

I can smell that both accounts wont last that long.

Although my consultation % is crying for some ha, this is what you can do: operate with the second (it's a chance) while your first cools off. Make new stealth accounts on the side. All the best.

I'm at a loss to understand why, when you are a subscribed member, you would do this

You will, IMO, have to create new accounts soon - best get on to it!!

i know , i know... should have known betterim gonna start to dell some non vero for a while and throw a vero in now and then...

p.s. already making some new accounts lol
