Hi all, here's my dilema... I am selling "prohibited Items" on ebay and now they just restricted my account and paypal has limited my account and cannot use it to withdraw anything.

I still want to sell these "prohibited items" on ebay...... Will this book help me? This is a serious question by the way.. i am selling electronic cigarettes

I didn't know they were but the OP says they are prohibited which to me, if the OP is correct, means they are prohibited and wont be allowed - I could be wrong of course
