Ebay fees owed/ Paypal limited

So my situation is that I owe $99.50 in ebay fees, but my paypal is limited and my credit card on paypal is expired (If it matters) So they can't automatically take out the money. I refunded the buyer's money awhile ago and I do not have money to pay the fees. I need advice on what to do. Should I just avoid all of this mess by just ignoring it or what? By the way I used real info on both my ebay and paypal accounts.

pay it. if its your real info, they will put you into collections and dent your credit.

Yeah it will definitely go to collection and your credit report will show it. Just pay it in payments if you have to via money order. As long as you are making payments they will keep it out of collection.

It will only damage your credit if you SSN verified your PayPal account.

Not so sure as I have a collection on my Credit report from paypal. It was from an account I had almost 5yrs ago. It was not associated with any SSN at all.

I wonder if there is sharing info issues when dealing with non payment or something. They got the SSN from somewhere and they only people that had it was my bank.
still baffles me to this day.
