 P90x Lawsuit Info
Hi all..like many other members here my friend got hit with the letters for selling P90X on ebay. One of their PI's bought one and their ebay user name was JuanDough (John Doe) Also..their feedbacj is private. I'm sure there are plenty out there..so if you sell to one with a private feedback,,beware. I did some looking around on a few sites and founf out some hopefully useful info. I went to Cases filed matching ""product partners"" :: Justia Dockets & Filings and was able to find out that they WILL SUE. Yet according to the records they've only done a handful a year. I counted 5 judgments this year. Some they've won and others theyve received a permanent injunction. They won one for 25,000 and when I googled the name because I had seen it on another site, I think I know why she was sued. She SENT THEM INFO..but kept changing her story about how many she sold. From 400..to 53...283. I too ordered several P90X DVD Home Fitness Sets from a distributor - JustAnswer
So, I'm not sure if the others who were sued actually corresponded with them. Hope this info helps!
