Default MC021 CIT NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - Breach of User Agreement-story

There we go I got this email from ebay. No explanation no anything. my ebay account over 2100+ feedbacks over 3000 transactions Top Seller Rated and Silver Seller Performance on ebay since Jan 2007 and all my monthly income has been stooped. In Friday(02/09/2011) I have ask them to increase my selling limits because I was going to start selling MAC Cosmetics( 100% Genuine form USA with Invoices ) on ebay and they said to not increase it so I email them back saying. Ebay doesn't care about sellers and more arrogant words. I think after that they looked in to my account manually and they find something they always find reason to kick you out. Im not gonna be saying I was honest seller for all time but Top Seller and Silver Performance means something.

Anyway I have respond to them on that email but I don't know if that change anything.

Does anyone have a EBAY ACCOUNT TO SELL ???

""We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended indefinitely due to concerns we have for the safety of the eBay community.

Why have we suspended your account?

From experience we know that certain items and actions are more closely associated with fraudulent activity on eBay than others. Under the eBay User Agreement we may suspend an account if we believe that the user may cause eBay or another eBay user financial loss or legal liabilities. You can read the User Agreement by copying this link into a new browser window:

eBay User Agreement

You are prohibited from using eBay in any way, including registering new accounts. We have ended any open listings that you may have had.

Please be advised that this suspension does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any fees that you may owe to eBay.

We need you to take action. For more information about why your account may have been suspended and what steps to take now, please go to:

Thank you for your cooperation in this important matter.

Regards,

2 days later another email from EBAY + PAYPAL

"
We are hereby notifying you that, after a recent review of your account
activity, it has been determined that you are in violation of PayPal's
Acceptable Use Policy as a result of your sales on eBay. Therefore, your
account has been permanently limited.

You will need to remove all references to PayPal from your website(s)
and/or auction(s). This includes not only removing PayPal as a payment
option, but also the PayPal logo and/or shopping cart.

The PayPal User Agreement states that PayPal, at its sole discretion,
reserves the right to limit an account for any violation of the User
Agreement, including the Acceptable Use Policy. Under the Acceptable Use
Policy, PayPal may not be used to send or receive payments for items that
infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or
privacy, or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction.
This includes transactions for counterfeit items or unauthorized replicas
or copies of items.

The complete Acceptable Use Policy can be found at the following URL:
https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?c...locale.x=en_US

To learn more about the Acceptable Use Policy, please refer to our Help
Center page here: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/helpweb?cmd=_help

Per the User Agreement, when PayPal permanently limits an account due to an
Acceptable Use Policy violation, we may hold your funds up to 180 days.
Once the 180-day timeframe has elapsed, PayPal will release any remaining
balance either via bank transfer or issuance of a check.

The relevant section of the User Agreement (10.4) can be found at the
following URL:
https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?c...locale.x=en_US

We thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you have any questions,
please contact the PayPal Brand Risk Management Department at

I am not trying to call you out on selling phake or real.....but it is always fishy when people claim they are selling real items. Why would MAC Cosmetics wholesale their merchandise for eBay sellers? They want costumers to buy from legit retailers sites, or their own site. This is no different than Abercrombie, and many others.

I would also like to add that 95% off high risk item wholesales are given a specific ID # or something similar you display in all your listings, so the VeRO member knows if this is a real official approved seller or not. And at worst you should be including some type of proof, that would just be common sense.
