Default what do i have to do to ensure creating a smooth stealth account?

the problem is that after doing everything listed below(which was listed in the guide) ebay cannot verify my information and because of that i can't sell anything, i've got a 0 items/ 0$ limit per month. my only options were telling ebay i had another account or calling ebay. I call up ebay and the only way i can start selling is by sending in utility bill and other documents.

i've read the guide and did the following.

1. Got dial up, insuring a diffrent ip adress.
2. Made a new bank account along with an entropay vcc.
3. Made up ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info, adress, name.
4. Used Google voice to get a new phone number.
5. Made new user account in windows
5. Signed up for paypal with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info.
6. Signed up for ebay with same ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info.
7. Linked paypal/ebay together.
8. Created sellers account

i don't know what i did wrong. i'm positive that in no way was i linked to an old account.

You can't sign up with a fakč address. The address has to be a real address somewhere. You can use a fakč name though.

Disagree with that.

Better to have an address that the seller can access for returns.

Makes the account just a little better.

When using whitepages do you use the name on that address?

Using a address like mcdonalds would raise a red flag I think, but a lot of ppl claim to do this

I go to the rental websites and find a real address close to me. If the house is for rent then I use it.

Has worked like a charm for me so far.

I do not have many returns at all but the last one I did I just told the buyers that I was going on vacation and to please return the item to my mother in laws house. :D
