Newbie credit card question

Hi,

I'm in the process of setting up my first stealth account and I am applying for a credit card but have a couple of questions (I have searched the forum but am unable to find the answers I need)

Di I have to have a card if I have a spare bank account to use or do I need both? What address do I use for the card? Do I use my real one or my 'new' one?

Does anyone know which VVC's available to the UK are working with paypal at the moment?
