why not add the bank account instead of the debit card?

get the small deposits and verify the account!

try this, don't know if t will work or you have already done it

go to account on eb ay

go to choose automatic payment

then you have an option to use pay pp,debit or credit card...choose pay pal

see if that works, this will set up payments of fees by pay pal, not the best idea but as long as you keep on top things it`s convenient

you need a vcc if the card would not pass avs, a real bank card will only work if at the very least the postcode matches card.

I know this goes against the grain for a lot of forum members but this is what I do

Verify the Paypal account.

In Ebay link your Paypal account to the stealth Ebay account and use the Paypal account to pay Ebay fees.

Job done

It's OK GT, I pay eBay fees a lot of the time with PP that way too.

It is quicker and safer (if you know what you are doing) that way and shows PP that you are a "good person" by using PP for sending money, rather than just receiving and withdrawing money.
