I would like to created some CANADIAN PAYPAL ACCOUNT FROM USA

DO I have to use CANADIAN IPS?

I ready the book already. just want to know more live experience from your guyrs.

I think u have better to use IP of country u are going to create acc .

i have one ca account use usa ip,,sell half an month, seems work normally

While I would recommend Canada IP, if jeff_whc is having experience with usa ip perhaps he can speak about it more.

I tried an inverse once and it failed right away.

no more experience, i list 2 item by use our ca account but usa account, now 2 weeks passed, still seems works normal,,btw, sell 4 items in those days.
