So from my old restricted account i have made quite a few purchases over the years..there are some items i bought 1 to 2 years ago from that account that i would like to sell on my new stealth account. is this is a big no no or can it be done? As far as the items they are not limited edition or anything that ebay can easily recognize but they are not common either..they are clothing items that have been hand made but are worth $100 or so each item....no big deal if i cant sell them but was not sure of the rules regarding this and how far ebay goes into checking things....

I agree with GrannyT, ebay obviously tracks a lot of things but to think they would track one random accounts purchases from 2 years ago and connect them to another random accounts sales would be way too much 1984'ish.
About 20% of them item I sell are the same items I sold when my first account was suspended a few years ago. As long as you aren't giving them a reason to look they won't.
