ebay account set up process questions

Hi all,

Seems I read it suggests creating a made up name and address which exists whitin the 100 mile radius which is not and issue, but Just in case paypal or ebay as for documents to be sent, where would i pull out this information from as the person does not exist!?

I have a vague idea from reading forum threads

Also just want to confirm can I create an account with entropay (also is entropay the cheapest vcc source? for UK customers) ebay and paypal and also verify this with the 2 deposits they send ? how will this work or do they take the sum of $1.50 from my entropay acc and drop it into my paypal and confirm this with a 4 digit code? also how would i make paypal with-drawls? and how will this then be transferred into my bank account?

Please help a little or a lot confused .com!

Welcome to the forums. Vague idea is good - not time to solidify.

1st q - you would have supply the docs to them as they ask

2nd q - lot of threads about EP. PP verifies with the 2 deposits to your bank account. EP is used for confirmation credit card. PP charges the card 1.50 or whatever the amount is for UK and the 4 digit code pops up in your EP account. You would withdraw from PP to your bank account.

Out of interest how long does it take to show deposits on entropay VCC?

Vague is not clear for me unfortuentley I kinda get the I'd bit now but yes, so if I get my Paypal verified via entropy option the money I make or which is sitting in Paypal after sales where can I transfer it? Does it go into my entro pay account then I transfer it to my bank account ? Confused on this bit can someone confirm?

Deposits from PP to bank account usually take 2-4 days in the U.S. Entropay if you're using to confirm CC (separate from bank account) - you'll get a 4 digit code (called an expuse number) within 3-4 days typically. Remember bank acct. and CC are 2 separate issues.

Ok to clarify I do not have a debit account so I can with draw or transfer my Paypal balance to as they are all linked or burnt so what options do I have please?

Last year when I was doing EP, I did have expuse numbers by the end of the day at times...usually 2-4 days.

1. You create a entro pay account then cerat a VCC under the stealth name
then you create an ebay acc with this stealth VCC.

2. Create a pp account with a stealth name and your own bank account
( why do somepeople still state to use a VCC for this verification process when
you will be submiting your offical bank details anyway?)

3. is there an alternative Virtual debit account or someting we can use as I have no
more accounts that i can use left?

There will be no pm'ing of this kind of business on my part but let's do your questions...

1. Yes - you create the sub-VCC under your stealth name (or your real name - it does not matter because the name matchup for pp is not important when using Entr op ay - I prefer keeping real names because if you make TOO MANY diff name VCCs on EP, they may flag your account )

2. You NEED to understand that there are 2 steps on pp...VERIFICATION = bank account, CONFIRMATION = credit card use. For verification, you abso-fugging-lutely need BANK.

3. Virtual debit account meaning virtual bank? I don't know of any in UK but perhaps other folx will chime in.

Below is the most common way of opening an eBay selling account and Verified PayPal account, their are other intricates but this is a good way to get familair with the process.

1. Open eBay account using 'info'. - Following the stealth principle of using information that is not linked to a suspended account. So, figure it out. Record all info in Excel or similair software.
2. Open PayPal using the same info as on the eBay account. - You can open the PayPal account through eBay after completing the eBay registration. It will auto fill the info in PayPal. Much easier.
3. Add a bank account to PayPal and have the two small deposits sent. - A current account or savings account will work.
4. Wait 2-3 days for deposits to show in bank account statement. - Open multiple accounts instead of just one. Then you can still sell, when waiting in the future.
5. Use the two small deposit amounts on PayPal to confirm bank account and get 'Verified' status. - Straight-forward. Another basic step not even exclusive to Stealth. Just use internet banking to make life easier.
6. Then create a seller account using your newely created eBay account and link it to your newely verified PayPal account. - Follow this link, !WARNING! EBAY LINK: Creat a seller's account.

You can now begin selling, though the £1900 annual selling limit is still in place on PayPal until you decide to remove it. That is a seperate process that does not need to be done before selling. I would not focus on this step if you are new to stealth.

Make sure you start selling slowly on new accounts.

^ You could probably answer the question yourself. What good is creating multiple bank accounts but not creating multiple PayPal accounts?...

If you create ONE stealth account, what happens when you make a mistake, get suspended...you going to start from scratch and make a new Stealth account? Or you going to open multiple eBay/PayPal accounts and protect yourself from that.

Sell across multiple eBay/PayPal accounts. Keep them seperate, meaning do not link them to each other or they are just as good as ONE account. They will all get suspended togather.

despite have numerece accounts if selling branded fasion items, you are restricted to 5 per month is their any way of raising this?
