Operating without a credit card in Paypal

Hey guys, just a thought.

My visa was removed from Paypal because it has expired and I have yet to request a new one (completely forgot)

I have one pending refund at the moment (the seller is no longer registered too on Ebay), and I was wondering if I do get refunded, would it just go directly into my Paypal balance, instead of being transferred to my debit card?

If not, what would happen?

your refund go direct to your paypal balance,FYI Money you receive via paypal never goes to a debit card automatic,even if you got limited you can receive money in your paypal account,at least is how works here in USA.

you receive money in your debit card instead bank account? if yes then add a new one,but you will not get limited just because your visa expired.
