 Paypal from foreign country
Hello all,
This is my 2nd thread started. I apologise if i shouldnt open a new one or opened in the wrong topic.
I am being on this forum for a week now and reading about stealth.
My question is how on earth can i acces paypal UK from abroad ?
I have made an account over a VPN and now I am woried about loging in and entering the bank verifing amounts.
I have read that paypal has almost all the VPN ip's and vps ip's.
Dialup i dont think its an option from where i am living because off the high rates - almost 1 Euro/min international.
Maybe dialup over voip.
How can i doit to make it work? I dont need anything for free and have searched this site for a solution, I only need a 'sparkle' for what to look.
