I'm just gonna not care about what I list..if I get banned I'm going to just go stealth again. However, SSN's are hard to come by. Anyone got any suggestions on how to sell VeRo'd items on ebay? And sustain selling them.

I sold about 20-25 Monster items last month. I did not realize that they were VERO tho.

However all my products are very low priced so I will probably keep doing so...I can provide legit supplier docs whenever asked so I am not worried.

IMO you should be confident that if you do get suspected or asked for docs, you will be able to clear it up without preparation. For example, eBay calls you in 2 minutes from now and asked you about this. Should be no hesitation on your part as long as its legit.
