 eBay/Paypal & soho 66
I have recently opened a couple of new stealth accounts in the correct manner and have a few others that are operating successfully for the last few months.
I always open and verify PP first before opening an EB account.
On the last two I have opened I have received a call from a withheld number about a week after opening the EB account, nothing strange there you might think.
However these are brand new soho 66 numbers that have only ever been given to EB & PP
Is this something new that either EB or PP are checking new accounts?
Just to clarify one thing with these accounts they are new buyer accounts with no purchases having yet been made so there has been no PP activity either.
