when to start listing??

I have a 3 week old account, which i created using stealth.
I have a fully verified paypal account attached to it. It only has 5 buyer ratings which i received this past week.

Is it safe to list now? or how long should i wait before becoming a seller on it?

Depends on what your planning to sell, and how much of it.

No hard and fast rules but take it easy.

I would suggest you do a bit more buying around the selling.
